    Can my shipment be altered without my permission?

    No, by no way will Siyuan Freight change your goods without your permission.

    Will my shipment be delivered as expected?

    Yes, after your confirmation and shipment, you will receive a tracking code so that you can know the status of your shipment in real time.

    What if the goods are lost or damaged?

    All cargo shipped by Siyuan will be insured, and you can get cash compensation up to the value of the goods or free re-shipment.

    Do you provide customs clearance services?

    Yes, we can buy documents and do import and export custom clearance for you, just contact us for more information.

    Do you have a price table for shipping cost?

    No, we don't have a fixed price table for shipping cost as every order is customized, and international shipping cost are changing from time to time. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

    Will you charge extra after cargo was shipped

    No, there are no hidden fees for any cargo shipped by Siyuan Freight. Honest and responsibility are our mission.

    What's your payment method?

    We accept bank transfer and PayPal and multiple payment methods. Please check our invoices before make any payment.

    How do I track my order?
